Project Description:

The client is a US-based company that provides IT products & services to various clients across the US. They issue hundreds of thousands of devices to their customers, including commercial businesses and educational institutions.. They also offer tech services such as troubleshooting and repairs.

The project with the US-based client is focused on creating a software to manage services and their IT devices including laptops, tablets, and even software. 

Before the engagement, the client was using an old technology that made it challenging to customize or create new features for their system. With this, the client needed an experienced software development team to build a secure, high-quality software that can help the business run smoothly with its many complex workflows.

We currently have a 10-man team of 8 software developers and 2 testers working on this project and are dedicated to building the software, maintaining it, and ensuring that all features work within the software.
