Arup Maity
FOUNDER, PRESIDENT & CEO
Arup Maity is the founding President and CEO of BlastAsia, Inc. He is an adjunct faculty member at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) for Innovation Management & Agile Project Management since 2005, and founder of SpringPH, a startup support subgroup under the Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA). He has served as a PSIA Director for over 10 years, helping shape the industry through capability development, policy, and marketing. Arup holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a master's degree in business management from AIM (1997), and is certified in traditional PMP and Agile Scrum Master.
Tess Villaluna
CFO / COO
Tess Villaluna oversees BlastAsia's administrative, financial, and risk management operations. With 25 years of experience in corporate finance, banking, and controlling, she has built productive teams while managing global stakeholders to achieve business goals. Prior to BlastAsia, she served successively as AVP for Financial Reporting, VP for Financial Reporting, and VP for Product Control at Deutsche Knowledge Services (2005–2016). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of the Philippines and a master's degree in business management from AIM.

Conrad Cruz
HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Conrad joined BlastAsia as a Senior Quality Analyst in 2010 and has led project management since 2012. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Adamson University.
Jun Sionson
QA DIRECTOR & HEAD OF MIS
Jun leads both the Quality Assurance and MIS groups at BlastAsia. Under his leadership, BlastAsia earned ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification. He currently oversees risk management, governance, compliance, and management reporting. He is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from De La Salle University.
Burns Puzon
HEAD OF SALES & MARKETING
Burns served as marketing manager and UI/UX designer for 8 startups since 2012, with prior experience in management consulting and SMB marketing at Microsoft APAC/Philippines. He graduated with Distinction from AIM (MBA, Marketing).
