Strategy Consulting Timeline
Internal Audit: 2 weeks
Our strategy team will perform an audit of your company’s systems and software, as well as meet with the leadership team regarding its business strategy directions and industry insights. Typically, this is around four 2-hour discussion sessions.
AI Solution Roadmap Development: 2 weeks
Our strategy team will take all the inputs from the Internal Audit and identify top areas where AI can provide a strategic advantage. In this phase, we will facilitate 2-4 confirmation sessions (around two hours long) with BUs/Departments to prioritize the AI solutions on the list. Other bigger projects may also be identified, for a separate implementation engagement.
Roadmap Finalization: 1 week
Our strategy team will present the AI Solution Roadmap and will perform last-minute tweaks from the feedback from the leadership team then present again to finalize the roadmap. The strategy team can also present to the board (optional).
AI Solution Setup: 2-4 weeks
Our implementation team will pick up the strategy and implement your company’s private AI infrastructure as well as 3 AI Apps (point solutions that perform basic tasks using AI). The team can also provide continuous development & support services.
Strategic Review: 6 months later
