WHY BLASTASIA TURNKEY
Two Fundamentally Different Approaches
Most companies waste months planning, hiring, and hoping. We deliver complete, production-ready software on a fixed scope, fixed price, and fixed timeline — agreed before a single line of code is written.

X Scope creep and budget overruns
X Unclear timelines and deliverables
X Ongoing management overhead
X Technical debt accumulates quickly
X Risk of project failure or abandonment

✓ Start building within days of approval
✓ Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timelin
✓ Comprehensive design requirements locked upfront
✓ Complete code development — we manage the team
✓ Thorough automated testing & code QA
✓ Full source code ownership at completion
POWERED BY THE XAMUN SOFTWARE FACTORY
The Build Takes a Day. The Rigor Takes Weeks.
Turnkey is BlastAsia's engagement model — your whole project scoped, priced, and delivered as one fixed-scope contract. The Xamun Software Factory is the AI engine that builds it. It's the same pipeline behind xDD, run differently: instead of continuous sprints billed by story point, your entire approved scope is built and handed over in one release — in as little as a few weeks, or several months for larger projects — on a payment schedule tied to milestones, not sprints.
PHASE 1 · DESIGN & SPEC
1–3+ Weeks
Your entire project's workflows, page designs, and acceptance criteria are scoped and locked upfront. Xami, Xamun's conversational scoping assistant inside DesignStudio, turns your requirements into a full specification before a quote is finalized. Scales with project size.
PHASE 2 · BUILD
Under a Day, per Feature Set
XamunForge agents generate 80%+ of the codebase directly from the approved spec, run automated tests, and pass SonarQube quality gates. For larger Turnkey projects, this repeats across feature sets until the full scope is complete.
PHASE 3 · UAT & SIGNOFF
1–2+ Weeks
Running software in your hands, tested against every approved acceptance criterion. Once you sign off on the complete build, it deploys to your own infrastructure — you own the code, in full, on day one.
Unlike xDD's continuous 2-week sprint cadence and story-point pricing, Turnkey delivers your whole approved scope in one go — timeline and payment milestones fixed at contract signing, whether that's 2–4 weeks for a focused app or several months for a larger system.

WEEK 1
Share Your Vision
Describe what you need in plain English. Our AI and advisors translate your business requirements into comprehensive, approved prototypes and specifications before any code is written.
WEEK 1–2
Review & Approve Design
See your complete software as interactive prototypes. Approve designs, specifications, and functionality. Nothing moves to development without your explicit sign-off.
REMAINING WEEKS
We Build Everything
The Software Factory and senior engineers build your software from the approved design. You receive regular milestone updates without managing a single person on the team.
FINAL WEEKS
Launch & Scale
Test, refine, and deploy to the cloud when ready. You receive complete source code ownership with no vendor lock-in and no ongoing platform fees.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
Professional Oversight + AI Execution
We handle the entire lifecycle — from requirements through production deployment. You stay informed and in control at every step.
You Keep the Control
Make every important decision. Review every design. Approve every feature. It's your software, your vision, your timeline — we execute, you decide.
Weeks, Not Months
Because requirements are locked before development begins and the Software Factory accelerates the build, projects move at a pace traditional teams can't match.
Compliance Checked at Every Module
GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS scanning runs continuously through the build, not just before release. SonarQube quality gates catch vulnerabilities and code smells on every deployment.
AI-Accelerated Development
Powered by the Xamun Software Factory, our team automates 80%+ of boilerplate code, generates test suites, and keeps documentation current.
Full Code Ownership
At project completion, you receive 100% of the source code. No ongoing licensing fees. No vendor lock-in. No dependency on our platform to run your software.
Zero Scope Creep
Fixed scope is locked before a single line of code is written. Every deliverable is agreed upon upfront, keeping timelines and budgets predictable start to finish.

THE PROCESS
Turnkey Software Development in Practice: Fixed Scope, Fixed Price
INVESTMENT
Simple, Predictable Pricing
No hidden fees. No runaway budgets. Every engagement is scoped and fixed-price quoted before we begin — whether that's a focused app or a multi-month enterprise system.
Fixed-Price Project
Price and timeline depend entirely on scope, so we don't lead with a one-size-fits-all number. As a very rough illustrative reference only, not a quote: a past ~30-screen project landed around $40K — larger, multi-module systems run well beyond that. Book a call for an estimate scoped to your actual requirements.
✓ AI-generated prototypes & specs

✓ Cloud deployment & configuration
✓ No ongoing platform or licensing fees
✓ Complete frontend & backend development

Businesses with Clear Requirements
You've mapped your workflows, know your features, and need a reliable team to execute — not help you figure it out. BlastAsia locks in scope upfront and delivers on it.
Fixed-Scope Projects
Customer portals, internal tools, industry-specific platforms — if you can define it, we can build it, test it, and ship it on a fixed price and timeline.
BUILT FOR TEAMS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY WANT
Your Complete Software Journey, From Vision to Launch
Turnkey is the right choice when requirements are clear and a predictable, start-to-finish delivery is what you need.
Teams That Need It Done
No hiring cycles. No onboarding delays. No managing a distributed team. Hand us the requirements and stay focused on your business while we deliver the software.
Organizations Needing Budget Certainty
Finance teams and procurement processes demand predictability. With fixed-price contracts and no scope creep, BlastAsia Turnkey gives you a number you can commit to.
SOFTWARE LIFECYCLE SOLUTIONS
Where Turnkey Fits Across the Software Lifecycle
Turnkey is one of three Software Lifecycle Solutions, alongside App Maintenance and App Modernization. It's a full fit for a new build; for existing software, it fits as a bounded, fixed-scope project — not every situation calls for it.
A Fixed, Scoped Batch of Work
For a bounded set of fixes or enhancements on software already built by Xamun or reverse-engineered into a spec. For ongoing, open-ended upkeep, xDD is usually the better fit.
Replatform Entirely, in One Project
Best suited to a full replatform onto a new stack, delivered as one bounded engagement — starting from a reverse-engineered spec of your existing system.
None of this works on software that hasn't been built by Xamun or reverse-engineered into a spec first. For a legacy codebase you want maintained or modernized directly, in place, see Dedicated Developer Teams instead.
