Under Dedicated Developer Teams, it's technically possible to staff a single discipline on its own (say, just a QA seat), since DD is seat-based staffing. But that's not the recommended way to engage — DD is built around a full team, not a single-capability hire. Talk to us before assuming one seat covers what you actually need.
