Project Description:
BlastAsia was tasked to develop a plug-in chatbot/roboadvisor prototype that interacts with users and acts as a personal financial assistant, providing advisory services on demand. The bot was developed using Microsoft Bot Framework and was hosted on Azure Bot Service. The following tools were also used for the project:
Azure Cosmos DB (Database)
LUIS (Natural Language Understanding)
QNAmaker (Questions and Answers)
This aimed to give convenient access to bespoke financial advice, financial literacy resources, as well AS recommendations on investments. The chatbot was intended to be available on Facebook Messenger to provide service for FREE, 24/7.
