HOW WE WORK
BlastAsia’s well-structured development process and engagement model will help you develop or improve products and extend or modernize existing applications
AGILE-SCRUM DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
We use the Scrum framework of agile software development. Your prioritized features are coded, tested, and integrated in 1 to 2-week iterations called Sprints. Scrum endorses adaptive planning, incremental development & delivery, and timely and flexible response to change.
ACCEPTANCE TEST-DRIVEN DEVELOPMENT
The ATDD approach precisely defines the requirements in testable user stories, rather than abstract specifications. These stories guide developers into building the right codes from the start. Using automated testing tools like FitNesse enable developers, testers, and you to collaboratively run acceptance tests and define what is “Done”.
DEDICATED DEVELOPER TEAMS
Cross-functional sets of resources such as developers, project managers, and testers are carefully selected and exclusively assigned to your project for extended and renewable periods.
Teams may easily be integrated with your existing team or work as a separate extension of your business. You have complete control over the team structure and project flow and may opt for ad-hoc involvement of domain experts.
