The client is a South African company that built a platform for independent financial advisors, covering day-to-day client management, practice management, financial planning, and compliance management.
Advisors needed to work with documents on the move:
Documents on Tablets: Platform users needed to open and mark up documents on a tablet.
Annotation: Advisors needed to annotate forms and keep the changes.
Sync: Edited files had to sync back to the platform.
WHAT WE BUILT
Our solution
BlastAsia developed a PDF-editing tool for the platform’s users:
Download and Edit: Users download documents from the web app, open them, and edit PDF files.
Annotations: Add text with style and formatting, draw lines, free-hand highlight, add dates, and add checkmarks and x marks.
Save Options: Save the annotations or flatten the document and save the annotated file.
Sync: Sync files back later.
Built with: Tablet app
