The client provides an integrated e-commerce supply chain to large enterprises in the Netherlands, including order administration and picking, distribution, stock management, content management, and project management.
Deliveries that need identity checks created friction:
Rejection at the Door: Customers could be rejected at the door as soon as a typo was made.
Secure Delivery: Orders needed customized, secure processing in the field.
Different Use Cases: Telecom, financial services, and government deliveries each have their own checks.
