Business-Led IT
What is Business-Led IT?
Business-Led IT is any technology that is procured and utilized outside of the IT department or outside of the CIO’s purview. Business-led IT is the intentional and deliberate distribution of information and technology initiatives and accountability across a company and is supported by, at least, a service-optimized IT operating model and IT governance.
