We believe that quality project management is the key to any
development effort. We apply our Project Management experience
in managing and monitoring the quality and timelines of work
done. For ensuring the same we have established our own development
methodologies and processes. We excel in technical project
management and increase quality and profitability of our clients'
project.
One key advantage of our workforce is flexibility. Although,
we have our own monitoring systems, we can easily adapt to
the practices and methodologies of our clients, depending
on the agreements signed at the beginning of the project.
We from the beginning have embraced the project management
best practices in the industry and have been constantly adding
our learning to it. We closely follow the PMBOK as set by
the Project Management Institute (PMI) standards. Hence, it
helps to oversee any project success and also to perform an
audit/review of a current project situation. We can also identify
and address gaps/risks in the project that may cause risk
to business goals.
We use Microsoft Project Server along with Microsoft Sharepoint
services to manage the ongoing project related issues and
risks. Along with this we have our own server at the San Diego
Data Center that is used for testing the application during
the debugging stage. We also use a project portal, an interactive
environment, to manage communication between our clients and
development team

CMMI : The Process Improvement Initiative
We have initiated the development of process standards in-house
with the implementation of CMMI (Capability Maturity Model®
Integration). This process improvement approach will provide
our organization with the essential elements of effective
processes. CMMI can be used to :
guide
process improvement across a project or throughout an entire
organization
integrate
traditionally separate organizational function
set
process improvement priorities and goals
CMMI leads to very impressive improvements in product quality,
project and organizational performance. Currently, our Software
Process Improvement Group has initiated a series of meetings
and activities across different functions to improve processes
that will prepare us for eventual certification by 2007.
ISO 9000:2000 and ISO 27001:2005
We are also working towards getting certified in ISO 9000:2000
IT Quality Management Systems and ISO 27001:3005 Information
Systems Security Management.
