Setting : All aspects of the site can be managed
through the site setting page like site configuration,
title of the site, style sheet, search engine description
and submission, user welcome messages, logo, background
and skins |

Tab/ Page Management : Web pages can
be created through tabs. The entire portal can be built by using tabs |

Security
Roles : Security roles are maintained for each
group and non administrators, who will only have access
to the area for which they are granted access. The admin
user can control what each user can see by assigning
them to a group/role in the portal. Using this module
the user can edit or add a new role or group. Some part
of the application can be made visible to extranet users
who can access Portal without authentication |

Site Skin : provides users with a manageable
way to separate application logic/content from its visual
or graphic presentation. By applying a "skin",
administrators can completely change the look of the
portal without the need to reorganize content- all at
the click of a button. Skins can be easily designed,
and are widely available through third-party vendors
as free offerings or custom-built purchases. Initial
installation of the portal includes two sets of skins
that can be easily integrated into the website |

Web Content Management : A very powerful
WYSIWG editor enables quick creation and editing of
content. It also enables direct insertion of HTML tags
and can easily format text. Also supports insertion
of table, images, links, etc. Supports copy and paste
functionality from other applications. The CMS is also
equipped with a rich text editor where non-IT personnel
can easily update the content of the portal |

Flexible
User and Role Management : Controls the ability
for users in a specific role to view, edit, add, or
delete content either by individual module or by page.
Pre-defined roles for "Authenticated Users"
and "Unauthenticated Users" allow you to easily
restrict the visibility of individual modules and pages
to users that are logged on to the site. The portal
also generates detailed reports on site logs such as
user registration, page popularity and site visits |
