GRAPHIC ARTIST   Job Requirements: Graduate of B.A. Fine Arts and Multimedia Arts or equivalent. Highly skilled in design techniques, concept and principles. With one (1) year experience in any related graphics and publishing design firm is desired. SCRUM MASTER   Job Requirements: Graduate of any 4 or 5 year course, preferably in banking, office administration or management. With experience dealing with clients regarding delivery of project requirements. With background in banking systems preferably in Asset Management and Private Banking. Willing to work involving building team spirit to both client and the company. With mature disposition and consideration to upper management in critical decision making. Can anticipate and manage risk that goes with project delivery. Willing to implement Scrum at the company and at the client (needs to be trained).       Job Profile: Executes all project management activities in order to complete projects on time and within budget while meeting, if not exceeding, clients' expectations. Manages the development of solutions that will address the business requirements of the clients and collaborates with the Business Development group to clarify the scope of work, and the effort involved in developing the solution. Determines the risks that are inherent in the project and/or the client. Develops and tracks milestones of assigned projects and provide comparisons with original, forecast, and actual dates. Determines the appropriate format and timing of project status meetings and be responsible to run such meetings. Formulates individual action items that are consistent with project objectives and ensure individual team members have an understanding of his/her responsibilities. Resolves any controllable issues that impact project objectives.
