Mr. Arup Maity, PMP, MBA, B.E. President / CEO Mr. Maity is the founding President/CEO of BlastAsia, Inc. His visions spearheaded the growth of the company from a regular solutions provider which markets only locally to an international IT solutions player partnering with several organizations from the US, Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands among others. As a member of the Project Management institute (PMI), and a Certified Project Management Professional (188635), Mr. Maity has been involved with project management and general management practice in various roles and industries. Mr. Maity started his career by managing projects in civil construction and consulting. After taking up his MBA from the Asian Institute of Management in 1997, he joined the Business Consulting in the area of Real Estate as Director for Business Development heading the Business Planning Group of Landco Pacific Corporation, Inc. He started LandExcel Consulting, Inc. after Landco Pacific Group, a business consulting company focusing on real estate and retail. As a senior partner in LandExcel, the concentration of his experience has been in problem management. Mr. Maity is also an adjunct faculty of Project Management and IT Strategy at the Asian Institute of Management since 2002. He is an active member of the Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA) and had served as its Director from the year 2006 to 2008.

Ms. Tinette Arzadon AVP Head of the Business Development Group (BDG) Ms. Arzadon is the head the Business Development Group (BDG) of BlastAsia. Prior to her appointment with BDG, she was involved in the production process as a Project Manager. She has close to ten years of experience in the field of Information Technology and her area of expertise includes Project Management, Systems Analysis and Design, Business Analysis and Programming. She is also well versed in Microsoft Technologies and Internet Technologies. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

Mr. Jun Sionson Head of the Quality Assurance Department Quality Management Representative (QMR) Mr. Jun Sionson is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Dela Salle University. He has extensive experience in the field of I.T, from being a Programmer to Project manager. His experience includes developing simple software applications to complex research and development work. As a Senior Project Manager, he has proven himself efficient in handling both local and international projects - following the entire software development life cycle from inception to implementation phase. Mr. Sionson is a key personnel in BlastAsia’s induction to the list of ISO 9001:2000 certified companies. He has successfully steered the company in the establishment, implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.

Mr. Teodoro D. Gener, Jr. Head of the Project Management Group (PMO) Mr. Gener, has worked on IT projects for over 20 years now - 10 years of which were focused on management. His exposure in building systems stretches to various types of businesses: from banking, school operation, hospital and clinic management, manpower and human resources, merchant and trading systems, etc. He worked on a USAID-funded software development project as Project Manager from 1999-2002, the systems that was instrumental for bringing in Micro-Access to Banking Services (MABS) methodology to the Philippines. He held the position of General Manager and member of the Board of ASECSOFT, the software company responsible for rolling-out the MABS software in over 150 bank branches Philippine-wide. Mr. Gener joined BlastAsia in the early 2008. He has worked on the company’s continuous improvement of the organization by installing SCRUM and other processes for a better and more effective delivery of products and services. Also a member of the management committee (mancom), working on projects that has to do with aligning the company direction and meeting goals.

Mr. Roy Saberon Head of the Technology Management Group (TMG) Mr. Saberon is a seasoned developer that has more than ten (10) years of experience in Information Technology practice. He has been exposed to several technologies and platforms before focusing on Microsoft Technologies. He has been with BlastAsia for more than three (3) years now and has been promoted to head the elite group of the company’s technical team which is the Technology Management Group. He has been spearheading the research and development efforts of BlastAsia and training.
