What sort of job descriptions/specs do you normally work from ?

We have a great deal of in-house expertise in system analysis, requirement gathering and documentation. The client can provide us with the outline of the specification, then our analysts and engineers can do the detailed system study and specification documentation. Hence, prepare a design and Interface Map to present it to the client

How do you manage and monitor work progress ?

As a top class software development company we strictly follow Project Management method to manage and monitor our development work. We closely follow the PMBOK as set by the Project Management Institute (PMI) standards. Hence, it helps to oversee any project success and also to perform an audit/review of a current project situation. We use Microsoft Project Server along with Microsoft Sharepoint services to manage the ongoing projects and related issues and risks. We also use our own server for testing the applications during the debugging stage.
Our Project Managers are responsible for conducting weekly reviews during the progress of the project to keep a tight control on the progress. The findings of the weekly status report are sent to the client. This allows the client to keep abreast of the progress of the project and also have better control over the project.

Would you provide a formal technical specification document ?

We provide detail documentation of our development work. These include Functional Analysis Report, Software Requirements Specifications, Use Cases, User Manual, also In-Line Code Commenting aimed at helping future programmers understand how the software was designed and constructed.

Is testing incorporated as a component within your pricing structure ?

Yes, testing is part of our development process and we consider it in our pricing structure. We have a separate team that specializes and focuses on testing.

What are your testing procedures ?

Our Quality Assurance and Testing team work from Use Cases to prepare Functionality and Performance Test cases. The team conducts load tests when required. The test team also works with the developers to create Unit Test cases. This allows the programmers to test their own modules before they hand it over for integration. Our aim is always to develop a bug free application for our client.

How can I receive the complete development work in a project ?

Most of our projects are web based. Hence, we can communicate and transfer files through the Internet. We put our development work in our test web server while the project is ongoing. Once the project is complete and approved by our client, we transfer the development work to the client's server. Hence, this kind of activity and work progression is benefit for both sides. Aside from that the clients can get in touch with our developers while the project is ongoing through email, chat and video conference, etc. We also provide status report that shows the progression of the project at any point of time.

Who owns the copyright for the product and sources after completion of a project ?

All the rights for the product and the corresponding source code belong to our clients.

What kind of quality control do you use ?

We follow quality standards in line with CMMI® Level 3 and ISO 9001:2000. We are working towards getting certified in ISO 9000:2000 IT Quality Management Systems and ISO 27001:3005 Information Systems Security Management.
Our Quality Assurance (QA) department provides the framework and ensures that the entire software development process follows an established standard. It is their responsibility to ensure that all deliveries conform to the quality requirements according to the customer specifications. We also have software development, verification and validation experience on .Net platforms.

Would I own the relevant copyright and Intellectual Property?

This would depend on the type of project contract that we have entered into with each other. If the arrangement is on the basis of hiring employees' contract basis, you will own the copyright, intellectual property and related rights that will be specified clearly during the course of the project. However, if we work on a project approach, then both parties would co-own the copyright as well as have all rights to reproduce, modify or resell the code.

What service level agreements do you offer?

Before the commencement of the project, we sign a Services Contract that details the responsibilities of each party, the deliverables, pricing, complaint handling mechanisms and delivery schedule of the project.
All payments are milestone based and made after you approve of the milestone and its deliverables.

What type of commercial models do you offer?

We can offer different types of contracts. We are quite flexible and ready to consider your suggestions. The following are the most common options :

Fixed Price - The project is taken up at a fixed price or at fixed person-hours time effort at a pre-fixed hourly rate. This is done on the basis of the complete design and specifications sent by the client. The estimate is done by our team and the project will be taken up by us on approval of the client.

Time and Material - Often customers find it difficult to define their requirements; using this kind of projects we help our clients to develop the requirements at a time and materials basis. In this our responsibility is to form a team to execute the project while the client retains the flexibility to adjust project resources based upon the evolving requirements.

Dedicated IT Teams - Among our development models, we have the concept of Dedicated IT teams or a Virtual Office setup, wherein clients can use our resources (office space, consultants, and other facilities) at our development center. This model is offered to those clients who are looking for a dedicated resource/s to work on their projects offsite. Our usual contract of dedicated developer service is six (6) months to one (1) year contract at the minimum. Project scheduling and budgeting are performed similarly to the Time and Material model, though the monthly amount of work is kept on a certain level

How do I make the payment?

We will provide you with the invoice details and all necessary information so the client can do a wire transfer of the payment to our bank.
